Marc is the head of design at CaixaBank, the biggest bank of Spain with 20 million customers. His team is dedicated to understanding, conceptualizing, and building the CaixaBank customer experience. The team is fully integrated into the company projects and embraces the CaixaBank Agile Methodology, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the entire production process.
